                         WRIT PETITION No.20710 of 2023
ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:

"..to issue Writ or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 5th and 6th respondent in reinstituting the petitioner into service despite acquittal by the Hon'ble High Court in Crl.A.No.339 of 2010, dated 29.11.2022 despite representation dated 24.07.2022 as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to reinstate the petitioner without any further delay along with all the back wages and consequential benefits and pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

...to direct the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 24.07.2022 in view of judgment of Hon'ble High Court in Crl.A.No.339 of 2010, dt.29.11.2022 pending disposal of the main writ petition, in the interest of justice."

2. Heard Sri Katragadda Jagadeeshwar, learned counsel appearing for

the petitioner and Sri Gadi Praveen Kumar, learned Deputy Solicitor

General of India appearing for the respondents. With their consent, this

writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, without going

into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the

respondents to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner

dated 24.07.2023 to respondent No.5 and pass appropriate orders,

in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No

costs.
