JUDGMENT:

The matter is settled before the Lok Adalat and consequent

to the settlement, Award has been passed by the Lok Adalath on

13.08.2022.

Accordingly, this M.A.C.M.A. is disposed of in terms of the

Award passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall

stand closed.
