W.P.26236 of 2022 and respondents No.1 and 2 in
W.P.No.29778 of 2022.
2. It is submitted at the bar that the issue raised in
these writ petitions is squarely covered by a decision of
this Court rendered on 13.09.2022 in W.P.No.33191 of
2022 and batch (M/s. Neopride Pharmaceuticals
Limited v. The Adjudicating Authority), which were
allowed.
3. That being the position, the present writ petitions
are also allowed in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall
stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to
costs.
