We have perused the order dated 15.04.2011 passed by the

learned Single Judge in W.P.No.21758 of 2010. The said writ

petition was heard along with several other writ petitions. Writ

Appeals arising out of those writ petitions have been dismissed as

infructuous by separate orders passed today.

Consequently, this writ appeal is also dismissed as

infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand

dismissed.
