JUDGMENT:

The matter was withdrawn before the Lok Adalat and consequent

to the withdrawal, Award has been passed by the Lok Adalat.

Accordingly, this MACMA is disposed of in terms of the Award

passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand

closed.
