COMMON ORDER:

Crl.P.No.12496 of 2013:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed seeking to

quash the proceedings in Crime No.13/2013, pending on the file of

CID Police Station, Hyderabad. The petitioners herein are accused

in the said crime. The offences alleged against them are under

Sections 420, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal

Code.

Crl.P.No.13714 of 2013:

2. This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed seeking to

quash the proceedings in Crime No.28/2013, pending on the file of

CID Police Station, Hyderabad. The petitioners herein are accused

in the said crime. The offences alleged against them are under

Sections 420, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal

Code.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that Criminal

Petition Nos.11645/2013 and batch, proceedings were quashed

against the petitioners on the ground that the petitioners filed OA

and in the said OA, the Tribunal found that the certificates which

were filed by the petitioners were genuine on the basis of the

information provided by the Department. He also submits that the

petitioners in the present Criminal Petitions are also part of the

Judgment in OA.No.6299 of 2009 and batch passed by the

Tribunal.

4. Since the petitioners also preferred OAs, are part of the order

in OA.No.6299/2009, the proceedings in Crime No.13/2013 against

the petitioners in Crl.P.No.12496 of 2013 and proceedings in Crime

No.28/2013 against petitioners in Crl.P.No.13714 of 2013 are

quashed.

5. Accordingly, both these Criminal Petitions are allowed. The

order passed in Crl.P.11645/2013 shall be made as part of these

petitions.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this criminal

petition, shall stand closed.
