JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the appellant/opposite party No.2 -

National Insurance Company Limited against the respondents

seeking to set aside the order, dated 03.03.2006, passed in

W.C.No.36/2005 by the Commissioner for Workmen's

Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour - I At

Hyderabad, wherein, the Court below granted compensation of

Rs.5,16,813/- in favour of respondents - claimants.

2. Heard. Perused the record.

3. At request of learned counsel for the parties, this

Court vide order, dated 23.06.2022, has referred the appeal to

Lok Adalat. On 26.06.2022, the matter was settled before the

Lok Adalat and an Award was passed to that effect.

4. In view of the above said Award, the appeal is

disposed of. Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the Award,

dated 26.06.2022 passed by the Lok Adalat to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall

stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
