      In view of the common judgment passed today in

W.A.Nos.1187 of 2018, 481 of 2019, 484 of 2019 and 285

of 2020 as well as the order passed in W.A.No.257 of 2020,

no order is called for in this writ appeal.


      Writ appeal is accordingly disposed of.


      Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
