        CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.385 of 2010

ORDER :

The present Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections

397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.),

against the judgment dated 24-11-2009 passed in M.C.No.33 of

2007, by the Addl. Judicial First Class Magistrate at Siddipet.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

petitioner and the respondent have amicably settled the

disputes by virtue of mediation proceedings in Legal Services

Authority, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and on 29-09-2010 the

respondent herein has withdrawn M.C.No.33 of 2007 on the file

of Addl. Judicial First Class Magistrate at Siddipet, Medak

District after receiving permanent alimony of Rs.3,00,000/- in

lumpsum and obtained decree of divorce in O.P.No.236 of 2010

on the file of Addl. Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad

vide decree and judgment dated 30-09-2010. In proof of the

same, he also filed a Memo dated 04-03-2011 before this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that

since the maintenance proceedings are no more pending in the

JS, J CRL.R.C.No.385 of 2010

lower Court seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the

present Criminal Revision Case.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as

withdrawn.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending, if any,

shall stand closed.
