                   SECOND APPEAL No.628 of 2015
JUDGMENT :

It is reported by the learned counsel for the appellant that the

appellant Sri Mohammad Saheb is no more and also filed copy of the

death certificate which reveals that the appellant died on 13.03.2017. As

the LRs of the appellant are not brought on record till date, the second

appeal deserves to be dismissed as abated.

Therefore, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No order

as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
