JUDGMENT :

No representation for the appellant.

It is reported by respondent No.2/Sri K. Mohalal that the

appellant Sri Syed Bahadur Shah died on 30.08.2019 and that no steps

are taken till date to bring on record the LRs of the sole appellant.

Further, learned counsel for respondent No.2 filed a copy of the

death certificate of the appellant issued by GHMC dated 18.09.2019

along with the letter dated 16.03.2022 addressed to the Registrar

(Judicial) of this Court, wherein, Sri K.Mohanlal, party in person

reported that no steps are taken to bring on record the LRs of the sole

appellant and hence, the second appeal deserves to be dismissed.

Therefore, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No order

as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
