                   SECOND APPEAL No.925 of 2014
JUDGMENT :

Smt. Preeti Pawar representing the learned counsel for the

appellant Sri Srikanth Hariharan, reported that the matter was settled

between the parties outside the Court and she may be permitted to

withdraw the appeal, and an endorsement is also made on the docket to

that effect.

In view of the above, the second appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
