JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Abhishek Reddy }

The learned Public Prosecutor has stated that the sole

appellant died on 29.11.2020 and accordingly filed a Memo along

with the letter of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mallial Police Station,

Jagtial District, dated 14.02.2022, and the Death Certificate issued by

the Registrar or Births & Deaths, Warangal Municipal Corporation,

Warangal Urban District.

2. Having regard to the above, the appeal is dismissed as

abated.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any,

shall stand dismissed.
