           Petition under Section 151 of CPC praying the High Court to stay the
execution of decree and judgment passed in O.P. No. 823 of 2000, dated 26-07-
2005 by the Chairman, MVACT-cum- IInd Addl. District & Sessions Judge at Ranga
Reddy District, NTR Nagar, L. B. Nagar, Hyderabad Pendeing Disposal of CMA No.
28 of 2006 on the file of the High Cout.

        The Court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show
cause why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.
(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

The Court made of the following:-

ORDER :

"There shall be Interim stay on condition of Petitioner/appellant depositing half of the decretal amount including interest and costs, after giving credit to the amount already deposited, within a period of Six weeks.

On such deposit, the Respondents/Claimants are permitted to withdraw the said amount without furnishing security.
