THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE G.ANUPAMA CHAKRAVARTHY
            SECOND APPEAL No.317 of 1993
JUDGMENT:

This is an old matter of the year,1993. When it was

listed on 19.09.2022, it was brought to the notice of this

Court that the bundle was not traced out. Therefore,

counsel for the parties were asked to reconstruct the

bundle and place before the Registry.

When this matter came up today i.e.,21.10.2022,

even today, the bundle is not put up and the learned

counsel for the appellant has reported that he is making

his best efforts to contact his client and is trying to get the

record.

Therefore, this Court deems it appropriate to close the

appeal. The appeal can be reopened whenever the bundle is

produced by the learned counsel for either of the parties.

With the above said observation, the Second Appeal is

closed.
