JUDGMENT:

Today, when the matter is taken up for final hearing, learned

counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to

withdraw the appeal.

2. Permission is accorded and the appeal is accordingly

dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this

M.A.C.M.A., shall stand closed.
