Except case shown at Sl.No.2 all other cases are ended in

acquittal as shown above. There is only one case pending and in

view of judgment of SINGHANIYA v.

THE COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, HYDERABAD1.

The continuance of rowdy sheet against the petitioner is

unsustainable.

Hence, the writ petition is allowed and the respondents are

directed to close the rowdy sheet opened against the petitioner.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
