                    APPEAL SUIT NO.2508 OF 1999

JUDGMENT:

Earlier, on 27.09.2022 when the appeal is listed, there was no

representation on behalf of the appellant, and as such the matter

was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

counsel for the appellant present and represented that he is not in

contact with his clients.

Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No

costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall also stand

dismissed.
