ORDER :

Seeking to set aside the judgment and decree dated

21.07.2003 passed in O.S.No.165 of 2000 on the file of

learned Senior Civil Judge, Khammam, this Appeal Suit is

filed.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the

sole appellant died and he has no legal representatives.

3. Recording the said submission, the Appeal Suit is

closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any,

shall stand closed.
