              APPEAL SUIT No. 476 OF 2006


JUDGMENT:

When the matter was called on 23.09.2022, it was

specifically observed that there was no representation for

the appellant. Hence, the matter was posted to 12.10.2022

under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also learned

counsel for the appellant has not turned up and failed to

evince any interest to prosecute the case.

2. Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-

prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any,

shall stand closed.
