      During the pendency of this appeal, parties to the appeal have

compromised to resolve their inter se dispute. The terms of compromise are

recorded in the form of Memorandum of compromise signed by all the

parties to the litigation. The said Memorandum of compromise is filed before

this Court through I.A. No.1 of 2022.

      The parties are present. The parties are identified by their respective

counsel. We have also interacted with the parties. Parties are satisfied with

the resolution of the dispute and stated that they have understood the terms

of compromise and agreed to the same.

       I.A. No. 1 of 2022 is ordered. The compromise is taken on record and

in terms of the compromise the Appeal Suit is disposed of.

      As a sequel, miscellaneous applications if any, pending shall
stand disposed of.
      Registry is directed to append the Memorandum of compromise

along with this order.
