        When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue raised

in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by a

judgment passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.39899 of

2022 and batch, which was allowed by this Court vide

order dated 16.11.2022.


2.      In view of above, by following the orders passed by

this Court in Writ Petition No.39899 of 2022and batch,

which was allowed by this Court vide order dated

16.11.2022

, the present Writ Petition also deserves to be

allowed on similar lines.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed as above. No

costs.
