        When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue raised

in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by a

judgment passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.37114 of

2022 and batch which was disposed of vide order dated

28.11.2022

.

2. In view of above, by following the orders passed by

this Court in Writ Petition No.37114 of 2022 and batch,

dated 28.11.2022, the present Writ Petition also deserves

to be disposed of on similar lines.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as above.

No costs.
