JUDGMENT:

Heard learned counsel on behalf of appellants. She

submitted that the Original Suit in O.S.No.1542 of 2014 on the

file of learned I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy at

L.B.Nagar was dismissed on 10.12.2021 itself. Verified the Case

Status Information and the submissions made by the learned

counsel are confirmed wherein it is mentioned that suit was

dismissed without costs on 10.12.2021. Therefore, while

recording the submissions and considering the Case status

Information, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as

infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall

stands closed. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be

no order as to the costs.
