      CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.1084 of 2017

JUDGMENT:

Heard Sri.Chaitanya, Advocate on behalf of Sri.Prabhakar

Chikkudu, learned counsel for the appellants. Perused the

record. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the Original

Suit is disposed of and no cause survives. As per the Case

Status Information also the Original Suit in O.S.No.108 of 2016

was dismissed on 15.09.2022. Accordingly, while recording the

submissions, considering the Case Status Information, this Civil

Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.

In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to

the costs.
