       CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.814 of 2018

JUDGMENT:

Heard Sri.Praveen, Advocate on behalf of learned counsel

for the appellants who submitted that the matter has become

infructuous. Verified the Case Status Information wherein, it is

found that the Original Suit in O.S.No.41 of 2008 was dismissed

with costs on 25.07.2019 on the file of learned VII Additional

District Judge at Mahabubnagar. While recording the

submissions, considering the Case Status Information, this Civil

Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.

In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to

the costs.
