COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili)

       These Writ Appeals are being disposed of by way of

common judgment since the issue raised in these writ

appeals is one and the same.


       When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

counsel for the respondent, had informed the Court that

identical issue is fallen for consideration before the

Division Bench of this Court i.e., W.A.No.459 of 2021 and

the said appeal was dismissed vide orders dated

24.11.2022.

In view of above, by following the orders passed by

this Court in Writ Appeal No.459 of 2021, which was

dismissed by this Court vide order dated 24.11.2022, the

present Writ Appeals also deserve to be dismissed on

similar lines.

Accordingly, the Writ Appeals are dismissed as above.

No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if

any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
