HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR
AND
HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER
CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.481 OF 2016
JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar)
1. This appeal arises out of the order dated 16.04.2016, passed in I.A.
No.1980 of 2015 in O.S. No.252 of 2015 by the learned IV Additional
District Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District.
2. Sri T.V.S. Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the respondents 1
and 9 in this appeal, would inform this Court that Original Suit No.252 of
2015 itself stands disposed of as on date.
3. If that be so, this appeal, arising out of an interlocutory order
passed in the said suit, no longer survives for consideration, on merits.
The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed on this short
ground.
4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also
stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
