      THE HON'BLE JUSTICE SMT P.SREE SUDHA

              APPEAL SUIT No.145 OF 2005


JUDGMENT:

When the matter was called it was specifically

observed that the appellants were absent continuously.

Hence, the matter was posted to 14.11.2022 under the

caption "for dismissal". Even today also learned counsel for

the appellants has not turned up and failed to evince any

interest to prosecute the case.

2. Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-

prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any,

shall stand closed.
