JUDGMENT:

1. This appeal is directed against order in O.P.No.165 of

1980, on the file of District Judge, Sangareddy.

2. There is no representation for the appellant and as well as

the respondent. This case is listed without any Court records.

3. In the said circumstances, the appeal is closed with a

liberty to re-open, if records are found or traced out. No order

as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if

any, shall stand closed.
