                 APPEAL SUIT No: 76 of 2021

JUDGMENT:

1. The Appeal Suit is filed against the judgment and decree

dated 29.02.2020 passed in O.S.No.37 of 2013 (Old O.S.No.61 of

2009) by the learned VIII Additional District Judge, Miryalaguda.

2. There is no representation from the appellant even though

the matter is posted under the caption "for dismissal". Further,

the direction of this Court to bring legal representatives has not

been complied with. Therefore, the Appeal Suit is liable to be

dismissed for non-prosecution.

3. Accordingly, this Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-

prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
