Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the

record.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant filed a letter, dated 09.11.2022,

before the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the

appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant reiterated the contents of the

aforesaid letter, dated 09.11.2022.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
