JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan)
Heard Mr. B.S.Prasad, learned Advocate General for the
State of Telangana representing the appellants and Mr. Rapolu
Bhaskar, learned counsel for the 1st respondent/writ petitioner.
2. This writ appeal is directed against the interim order
dated 20.10.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ
Petition No.3472 of 2021 filed by the 1st respondent as the writ
petitioner.
3. After hearing the matter at some length, learned
Advocate General seeks leave to withdraw the appeal so as to
pursue the remedy before the learned Single Judge.
4. Liberty as sought for is granted.

5. Appellants who are the respondents in Writ Petition
No.3472 of 2021 may file necessary application before the learned
Single Judge, which will be considered in accordance with law.
6. Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed. However, there
shall be no order as to costs.
7. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if
any, in this Writ Appeal, shall stand closed.
