ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed to set aside the judgment dated

06.04.2016 passed in Crl.A.No.749 of 2013 on the file of the VIII

Additional Sessions Judge FAC IX Additional Sessions Judge, L.B.Nagar,

Ranga Reddy District.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 13.10.2022, there was no

representation by learned counsel for petitioner as well as the learned

counsel for the respondent No.1. Hence, the matter was posted to

10.11.2022 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, though the

matter is posted under the caption for dismissal, there is no representation

by learned counsel for petitioner as well as the learned counsel for

respondent No.1.

3. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed, confirming the

judgment dated 06.04.2016 passed in Crl.A.No.749 of 2013 on the file of

the VIII Additional Sessions Judge FAC IX Additional Sessions Judge,

L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
