                   APPEAL SUIT No. 236 of 2005

ORDER

This appeal is filed against the Judgment and Decree dated

27.07.2002 passed in O.S.No.2 of 1987 by the Senior Civil Judge at

Peddapalli.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant present and stated that the

sole appellant died and he has no legal heirs.

3. In view of the above submission, the appeal is dismissed as

abated.
