THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR

                     WRIT PETITION NO.22199 OF 2022

ORDER:

This Court passed an interim order on 28.04.2022

directing the registration authorities to receive the documents

presented by the petitioners subject to the petitioners paying

stamp duty and registration charges and further directed to

process, register and release the documents, if they are

otherwise found to be in compliance with the requirements of

the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899.

However, the said registration is directed subject to the final

result of this Writ Petition and SLP.No.13945 of 2012 pending

before the Hon'ble Apex Court.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the said

SLP.No.13945 of 2012 came to be disposed of by an order,

dated 07.02.2022 by granting leave vide Civil Appeal No.10770

of 2016 by the Hon'ble Apex Court duly setting aside the

Gazette notification, wherein the subject properties are declared

as Wakf properties. The said judgment is reported in State of

Andhra Pradesh (Now State of Telangana) v. A.P. State Wakf

Board1.

3. In the light of the above, no further orders need be passed

in the Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is

disposed of in terms of the interim order to the extent of

ordering for registration of the subject property only.

There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous

applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
