ORDER :

Challenge in this appeal is the judgment and decree

passed by the III Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy

District at L.B.Nagar in A.S.No.174 of 2016, dated

28.03.2022.

2. No representation on appellant' side. There was no

representation even on previous dates. Though the matter

is listed on this day under the caption for dismissal, yet,

there is no representation on appellant's side.

3. Hence, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

4. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if

any, shall stand closed.
