                  A.S.No.613 of 2006

JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is

no representation for the appellant.

On 18.07.2022, 01.09.2022 and 21.10.2022,

there is no representation for the appellant and

therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under

the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no

representation for the appellant. Therefore, this Court

is of the considered view that that the appellant is not

interested to pursue the litigation.

Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall

stand closed.
