ORDER:   (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)


      Learned counsel for the parties have informed this Court

that the issue involved in the present case stands concluded on

account of the judgment delivered in W.A.No.702 of 2010

decided on 28.08.2015.


      In the light of the aforesaid, no further orders are required

to be passed in the present writ petition and the judgment

delivered in W.A.No.702 of 2010, dated 28.08.2015, shall be

applicable mutatis mutandis in the present case also.


      The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.


      The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
