                   WRIT PETITION (PIL) No.91 of 2018

JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)

        The present public interest litigation has been registered

based upon a letter dated 18.02.2018 in respect of Teachers

Recruitment Test for Physical Education Teachers stating that

the examination is not being conducted in English.

        Sri A. Sanjeev Kumar, learned Special Government

Pleader, has fairly stated before this Court that pursuant to

various interim orders passed in other cases, the examination

was conducted in English also.

        Resultantly, the present writ petition (public interest

litigation) stands disposed of.

        Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
