THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA
AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI
WRIT APPEAL No.262 OF 2017
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
The present writ appeal has been filed by M/s.Karol
Distilleries & Breweries Pvt Ltd., a private limited company
incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, represented
through its authorised signatory, Mr. M.V. Subba Rao, being
aggrieved by the order dated 29.12.2016 passed by the learned
Single Judge in W.P.No.5007 of 2013.
The writ petition was preferred by the present appellant in
the year 2013 claiming renewal of excise licence.
Learned counsel for the appellant is fair enough in stating
before this Court that the issue of renewal of licence at this
juncture does not arise and therefore, a liberty be granted to file
fresh application for grant for licence/renewal of licence, in case
need so arises in future.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ appeal stands disposed
of.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand
closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
