WRIT APPEAL No.1553 of 2018
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the State is fair enough in
informing this Court that the present writ appeal is
preferred against an interim order dated 11.09.2017
passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.30464 of
2017 and the said writ petition is still pending. He prays
for disposal of the writ petition with a liberty to argue the
matter on merits before the learned Single Judge.
Resultantly, the writ appeal stands disposed of with a
request to the learned Single Judge to decide the writ
petition at an early date.
Office is directed to list W.P.No.30464 of 2017 before
the learned Single Judge having roster on 06.04.2022 on
which date the parties shall appear before the learned
Single Judge.

The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall
stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
