       Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned Senior counsel, has informed

this Court that a resolution plan is approved by National

Company Law Tribunal and therefore, on account of the

aforesaid, the present writ appeals have become infructuous.


       Accordingly,   the    writ      appeals          are      disposed          of   as

infructuous.


       Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
