       CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.597 of 2011

JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the appellant is present and reported that

the matter is settled before the Lok Adalat.

On perusal of the record, the Award dated 11.09.2021 passed

before the Lok Adalat is disclosing that C.M.A. No.597 of 2011 is

amicably settled between the parties.

In view of the same, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the

Lok Adalat Award. No costs.
