the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to set
aside the judgment and decree in AS. No. 5 of 2012, dated: 29-102-2014 passed
by the Addl. District Judge, Vikarabad, confirming the judgment and decree in
OS. No. 314 of 2006, dated: 26-04-20123 passed by the Senior Civil Judge,
 Vikarabad.

    The appeal coming on for hearing, upon perusing the appeal and the
