                     A.S.No.800 of 2016

JUDGMENT :

1. Sri V.S.R.Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the appellant

filed letter dated 31.01.2022 stating that the dispute is settled

before the Lok Adalat and sought permission of the Court to

withdraw the Appeal Suit.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

No costs.

4. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed.
