          SECOND APPEAL No.45 OF 2017
JUDGMENT :

1. Sri A.Kranti Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the

appellants filed letter dated 27.01.2022 stating that the

dispute is settled out of Court and sought permission of the

Court to withdraw the second appeal.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. No costs.

4. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed.
