JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J)
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, under Order XLIII Rule 1 C.P.C.,
is filed by the appellants aggrieved by the order, dated 19.06.2017,
passed in I.A.No.196 of 2017 in O.S.No.43 of 2017 by the learned
Judge, Family Court, Mahabubnagar.
2. Sri Pankaj, learned counsel representing Sri Rakesh Sanghi,
learned counsel for the appellants, would submit that the subject matter
of the Suit in O.S.No.43 of 2017, was compromised by the parties and
therefore, the cause in this appeal does not survive for adjudication.
3. Taking on record the said submissions, the Civil Miscellaneous
Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand
closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
