                WRIT PETITION No.44013 OF 2022

ORDER:

Heard Smt.S.Madhavi, learned counsel for the petitioner,

and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

2. This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of

respondent No.4 in not extending police-aid to the petitioner in

compliance of the Judgment and Decree dated 28.09.2022 passed

in O.S.No.197/2021 by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge,

Narayanpet, in respect of land admeasuring Ac.03.11 Guntas in

Survey No.28/1 at Chinnajatram Village, Narayanapet Mandal,

Narayanpet District.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has

submitted written instructions stating that on receipt of

representation from the petitioner dated 17.11.2022, General

Diary (GD) entry was made and the Station House Officer

contacted the petitioner through phone and requested her to

submit relevant documents viz., Court Order copy, land

documents etc., but the petitioner instead of approaching the

Station House Officer, filed this writ petition making false and

frivolous allegations.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

documents have been sent to the Station House Officer,

Narayanapet Police Station, through registered post with

acknowledgment due and the said post was acknowledged by the

concerned Police Station on 19.12.2022.

5. In view of the above facts and circumstances, this writ

petition is closed, directing respondent No.4, viz., Station House

Officer, Narayanpet Police Station, to consider the representation

of the petitioner on furnishing of required documents for police-

aid to implement the Judgment and Decree dated 28.09.2022

passed in O.S.No.197/2021 by the learned Principal Junior Civil

Judge, Narayanpet, within a period of three (3) weeks from the

date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
