CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.151 of 2010

JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Dr.SA,J)

No representation for both sides. Perused the record.

2. A perusal of the online case status of the subject suit in

O.S.No.144 of 2009 placed before this Court by the Registry

reveals that the subject suit was reserved for judgment.

3. In view of these circumstances, it is not appropriate to go

into the merits of the appeal.

4. With the above observation, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal

is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
